Stop Smoking:
Initially skeptical I actually found the session extremely helpful. The process was very relaxing and not at all what I'd been lead to expect from the stereotypical representation of hypnotherapy. Talking through the problem in this manner was a liberating way of viewing smoking from different perspectives that helped me make more concrete the issues involved. Although no easy fix (nothing is!), I substantially cut down my smoking after the session and have now stopped completely. Thanks!

Again thank you very much for your email and for your time with me.
During the sessions, at the beginning I was a bit uncomfortable because I think it is always hard to talk about your weaknesses with a total stranger, but your un-judgmental attitude helped a lot and I was much more relaxed.
And as for how I saw the problem, as we discussed in the session it was always in my mind and I always thought about it but I didn't have the inner strength and the commitment to do what I wanted and to deal with it in a positive way. During the sessions it helped a lot the way you made me visualise what I was and the way I wanted to be and these are the pictures that are still in my mind.
What I got from the sessions, I am now much calmer and more positive with everything I deal with, especially food, I don't think of it as something for comfort, I only eat it when I am hungry, and to prove that, I have already lost weight and feel so much happier about it, and I don't just say that “oh its only a few kilograms and it is not good enough”. I always think this is only the beginning and my life will get better by the day.
So I am still smiling, or at least most of the time, much more positive about everything.
