We will start with a gentle relaxation exercise to make you feel comfortable. We will follow your initial exercise with a “sound of calm” relaxation, which will make you feel relaxed and re-invigorated at the same time. We will then do a final relaxation to allow you to use your imagination and create an environment in which you will feel very comfortable.
“Make your Future Bright” Session: £45.00
We will start with a gentle relaxation exercise to make you feel comfortable. After your relaxation exercise, we will work with and visualise what you really want in your future. We will follow this with a “sound of calm” relaxation which will make you feel relaxed and re-invigorated at the same time. Finally, we will do a relaxation exercise to allow you to release something that you don’t want in your life anymore.
“Past Life Regression” Session: £45.00
We will start with a gentle relaxation exercise to make you feel comfortable. After you are relaxed we will perform a past life regression, taking you to a place or a time that you enjoyed previously. We will follow this with a final relaxation to pamper yourself.
